I have developed a love/hate relationship with several things over the span of my weight loss.

Here is a list:

Yoga (hate the struggle, but love the feeling of getting into a more challenging pose, love savasana – this is where you lie on the floor in corpse pose on your back and relax, and quiet your mind. Love the feeling after yoga class.  I feel lighter physically and emotionally)

The scale (hate the gain, love the loss)

The Rowing Machine (love that it’s helping me firm up areas of my body and it’s a serious calorie burn, but hate the calluses.)

Chocolate (same reasons everyone loves and hates it)

Sore muscles (hate when it’s difficult to move, but love that my body is sore from a workout)
