Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat regular flavor almond milk
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tbsp canned organic pumpkin
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
